This is just a super quick post to say Happy New Year and let you know I'm still alive and kickin'. Ya'll know how I get when my kids are home from school, add to that, I got a Kindle HD for Christmas so needless to say, I'm hooked. I can't quit reading...I wake in the middle of the night to read for several hours. I can swing it now because the kids are still on break so I don't have to get up early. I'm happy to say though, I'm doing awesome with my eating and seeing great results. I'm seeing a number on the scale that I haven't seen in 6 or 7 years.
Did you make some resolutions? I love making a list of things I'd like to learn or improve on each year. My list is mighty long so it does need a little whittling down but I'm determined to stay motivated and hopeful for what 2013 brings. If you haven't yet, take some time to think of things you'd like to improve on. If you're in a funk (health wise), it's time to snap out of it and start heading in the right direction.
