Like most people, my weight goes up and down. For me, it all really depends on my stress level. When life gets too crazy and hectic I tend to use food as a drug of choice, or weight starts to creep up with lack of sleep and commitment to fitness. I'm currently coming off two very challenging years. Here's what I'm doing at the moment. I'd like to shed10 pounds.
